We dispatch from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping is charged on your cart total and shown clearly at checkout before payment — there are no additional handling fees added afterwards.

Customs inspection, public holidays and remote destinations can add several days. If an order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
You will receive a tracking number once the order is handed to the carrier. Signed-in customers can also see tracking under My Orders, where we post delivery progress as it updates.
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We declare orders accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts or understate value.
Bouquets and wreaths are packed to hold their shape in transit. Open the wrapping and gently bend the outer stems outward to restore the rounded shape — the wire core holds whatever angle you set.
